At Hüga Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary. If your purchase doesn't bring you comfort, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
